Breathwork, Meditation, & Hands On Restorative Yoga

During this workshop we will take time to shut off the phones & computers for an opportunity to pause. 

It will be a discovery process of trying a variety of breath awareness techniques, meditations, diaphragmatic breathwork, and restorative yoga, all the while turning the lense inward & allowing our bodies & mind unwind on all levels. 

Through the application of gentle movement, diaphragmatic breathing, healing sounds, meditation and music we have an opportunity to unwind on a deeper level both physically and emotionally.

In this workshop you may experience greater
