About the event
This immersive workshop weaves together ancient and modern practices to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit, while fostering a supportive community of women.
Through the application of gentle movement, diaphragmatic breathing, healing sounds, meditation and music, participants will have an opportunity to unwind on a deeper level both physically and emotionally where healing and change takes place.
